The view from this apartment is the best. I literally stayed in my first night to chill on the patio and watch the city and nightly fireworks. Easy check in and good comms with the hosts. Do not worry about the directions. The area is on a very steep hill. Think Nob Hill in SF, if you know it. But going into town is very easy and a cab back is <$3.

Chuck and Toms place was so great! My absolute BEST Airbnb experience to date! My gf and I stayed for 7 nights and had absolutely no complaints! Chuck and Tom are amazing hosts and have thought of everything! The location is SAFE! The apartments are SAFE and I felt absolutely safe from sun up to sun down (Ps: Chuck and Toms place provides a BEAUTIFUL view of sunrises and sunsets from the pool or your own balcony). 10 out of 10

Chuck and Tom are by far the best hosts on Airbnb! They are kind, accommodating, and have a beautiful space. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always happy to help with anything. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. It was even better than the photos, and genuinely a space that feels homey. The outside spaces are also beautiful and tranquil, with amazing views. The location is one with the locals, and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and more. Would recommend without a second thought!

Chuck and Tom are some of the best hosts you will ever find on Airbnb. Their check-in made us feel so welcome and the love and care they put into their beautiful space is apparent in every room. If you are looking for an authentic stay in PV this is your place. We honestly wouldn’t have had the same experience without these truly magical hosts. We already can’t wait to come back!

All I can say is Wow !! Tom and Chuck were incredible hosts – the communication, hospitality and attention to detail were off the charts amazing and the space itself was SO beautiful and impeccably maintained. Perfect location – close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc but still tucked away and quiet (plus amazing views!) Our expectations were exceeded in every category. 10/10 highly recommend!

Chuck and Tom are such wonderful hosts. First of all the view from the roof top pool is one of the best in PV. Secondly, all their units are well cared for and exceptionally clean more so than a 5 star hotel! The property is located in a authentic Mexican neighborhood and I so appreciate the closeness of the produce and meat markets nearby. Anyone that books here won’t be disappointed and Chuck and Tom will go above and beyond to help you have the best Puerto Vallarta vacation.
