Casa Tamarindo is wonderful home, sure to brighten up your trip! The decor is so colorful and uplifting, as are Chuck and Tom who make you feel so welcome and at home. We stayed at the Penthouse and had our own private balcony that was perfect to catch a tan or just relax after a day of exploring. The views are breathtaking since you are atop a hill. Added bonus is the pool on the top floor of the house that is right next to the jungle where you can hear all the wildlife at night during your dip. It really makes you feel like you’re not in a major city — so relaxing! Special Shout out to the adorable fur-babies that greet you with such excitement!

Casa Tamarindo and Chuck and Tom are amazing! Everything from the views to the cleanliness to personal details and even the dining recommendations are spot on. This place is truly spectacular and Chuck and Tom are great guys to boot. I’m looking forward to making my way back sometime in the near future. This will definitely be my “go to” when in Puerto Vallarta.

I can’t speak highly enough of Chuck and Tom’s place. I booked it mainly for the view, which does not disappoint! There is quite a steep hill to get there but it is worth it. Also, after the endless stream of tacos and beers that flow in PV, I really needed the extra workout! Communication was great, they let us know how to get there and around as well as some good local tips on beaches, bars, etc. The rooftop pool is a great way to unwind at the end of the day and is actually much bigger than the photo makes it appear. I already miss those guys, can’t wait to go back home and send my friends there. Thanks again.

Chuck and Tom are wonderful hosts! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Their hospitality and accommodations are top notch. They greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the property, and explained how to get them most out of our stay in PV. The property has a gorgeous roof top pool, kitchen, seating area to eat in the shade, lounge chairs, and bathroom (we spent a lot of time up there as the view was spectacular!!!!!!!) In our suite we had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We made breakfast in the full spacious kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee pot, everything you can think of is in this kitchen. We stayed in the penthouse suite and had a full ocean view from our bed and private balcony with seating and lounge chairs. The beautifully decorated suite also has a living room seating area, breakfast bar, and full bathroom with a huge shower. There are many things to do in this beautiful coastal town and Chuck and Tom suggested restaurants, tours, etc. We went on the Unique Adventures 4-wheeler/zipline adventure and had a blast! The tour included free tequila distillery tours too:). We wanted to stay longer but already booked our flight back to Mexico city. We will definitely be back to visit and we will bring our friends and family. Chuck and Tom, We thank you for a wonderful stay and helping us celebrate our 5 year anniversary in style. Chuck and Tom were the absolute best hosts! From big details such as how to arrive at their place, to seemingly small details such as lending us 20 pesos when we didn’t have change- they were there for anything we needed. There wasn’t a moment we saw them that Tom didn’t ask, “Do you guys need anything?” The first thing we walked into once we arrived was a small thank you note for choosing them as our hosts as well as fresh flowers in a vase!! Those small touches left a great impact on my husband and I. The view was spectacular and the place felt SO homey! The only “complaint” I have is that I wish we could have stayed longer! Truly recommend Casa Tamarindo 100%. We cannot wait to return.

Chuck, Tom and their sweet pups were so incredibly kind and accommodating. They took such great care to make sure that we had everything we could possibly need to make our whole stay just perfect. Their home is exactly what we were looking for. Extremely comfortable, in a great neighborhood (far enough away from the tourist dense area and only a few blocks away from the heart of the action), and surrounded by beautiful views. We loved watching sunsets every night from the pool and from our private balcony. We’re already dreaming about returning.
