Chuck and Tom are doing a great job at making you feel welcome in their beautiful house. From the moment you get out of your UBER you feel that the hosts’ main goal is your comfort. Chuck and Tom put a careful thought in every detail – from the welcome water and cold beer to the kitchen with all the accessories and appliances and the sun beds on the patio. The patio and the view therefrom is something else. The pictures on their profile cannot fully convey the wonderful panorama of Vallarta that you will enjoy while staying at Casa Tamarindo – be it early in the morning or late at night. Overall our stay was as pleasant and relaxing as possible, even despite the short hikes you need to make to get to the house from Vallarta’s center.

If you want to be part of a real PV experience then this is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment is such a wonderful and quiet place with an amazing ocean view, unbeatable with chain hotels. You are very near the local market, zona romantica and beach, including beach clubs. Chuck and Tom will provide you with all information you need, local tips and great care. Also their place is so clean and the kitchen greatly equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed many cute little details around their place and of course their three wonderful dogs. Hope to come back soon!

Did I ever find a gem in a jewelry box! I stayed in the Penthouse, and it is a dream space I called home for a few days. As soon as you walk through your door, the suite glistens all sparkling clean, with an expansive view on your private balcony to die for. I’ll be dreaming of the spectacular ocean view, whether its the one from my private oasis of a balcony or the one from the glorious pooltop. You’re on the very top of the hill, so be prepared for a few minute uphill hike, which is fantastic for exercise. There is also easy access to a tiered set of stairs that takes you to the main street, as well as super cheap taxis or Uber service. The rooftop pool area is a space of solitude, where you are surrounded by gorgeous lush massive trees and plants (my own little jungle). The cotton sheets are fabulous on the massive king-size bed, and breathable cotton coverlets are an excellent touch that allows for comfortable night sleep in the warm air. Kitchen is fully equipped – though I didn’t use it other than making the complimentary coffee each morning – since restaurants are plentiful and cheap and Chuck and Tom have an exhaustive list of recommendations for you, all within walking distance. The gorgeous beach is only a few minutes walk through a lively town. Your hosts Chuck and Tom are absolutely amazing! So engaging and informative, their whole purpose is to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the home as much as they do! They are always a minute’s notice away by text or knocking on their door, but completely respect the privacy of their guests. I can’t rave enough about the experience here, other than to say I’m booking the next trip with the boys at Casa Tamarindo. It was simply pure bliss.
