This place was exactly what i needed in the exact location that i needed it. My friends rented a big house next door and i wanted a more private place for myself while still feeling part of my friends main place and this was absolutely perfect! They were very thoughtful, very responsive, place was super clean, the beds were so comfortable that was very hard to get up in the morning, fully equipped kitchen made it easier for me on late night, and the decor was very charming, very true to the Mexican vibe i was hoping for!

Simply the best! Chuck and Tom are 2 of the nicest, most helpful and caring people we have ever met. they took care of every little need or want we had. the place is exceptional. the view from the pool deck and the top floor suite is epic!!! right over the old city and onto the sea. the room was clean, comfortable, had everything you could ask for and was well appointed. the bed was VERY comfortable and when you roll over in the morning, you look right out over the ocean. and everything you could need is walking distance, the bars, places to eat and the beach. if you get a chance, please stay here, i promise you won’t regret it.

Our stay at Casa Tamarindo was far beyond our expectations. First off, the space was way more beautiful, stylish, and home-y than the pictures let on. We were pleasantly surprised. Second, Tom and Chuck were the BEST hosts ever. They were super attentive, communicative, and made sure we felt at home during our stay. So great! Absolutely looking forward to visiting Casa Tamarindo again soon.

We have spent a month in cities all over the world and we have never been so delighted as our stay at Casa Tamarindo. You can wake up every morning and look out the master bedroom window at the bay. Marylou spent a lot of time on the patio reading. Chuck & Tom converted the desk in the 2nd bedroom into a standing desk for me. We walked down the hill to Basilio Badillo every day. Often we had lunch at a restaurant on the beach. But we have saved the best for last – Chuck & Tom. They made our month there so easy. Both of them were so helpful, pleasant, informative and so welcoming! We ended up with new friends.

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Tamarindo during November, 2020 and it did not disappoint. Chuck and Tom were very good about communicating with us leading up to our stay and were waiting for us upon our arrival. They gave us a property tour and even had snacks waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked. The WiFi was strong throughout the property (even at the pool on the rooftop), AC worked well, plenty of hot water, filtered water in the kitchen, smart TV with Netflix and the list goes on. Regarding location, it was hard to beat as we were only a short walk from the restaurants and nightlife of the Romantic Zone. We will definitely be staying at Casa Tamarindo again in the future. 5 stars!
