Chuck and Tom are premier hosts!! Prior to my stay I contacted them for several recommendations on places to eat, activities to do and they provided me a great list of options. Prior to my arrival they found me on (Hidden by Airbnb) where they checked in on me and even welcomed me to Puerta Vallarta moments after my landing. In route to their home I provided Chuck with my uber arrival time and he met me outside their home (which happens to be a massive 5 unit home), helped me with my bag and provided me with a tour of the home and a few things they’d like for me to be mindful of while visiting. My days consisted of me enjoying Puerta Vallarta but most of all enjoying the oasis they created. From the beautiful views from my bedrooms balcony to the rooftop pool where I spent time relaxing, reflecting, healing and decompressing. They even provided recommendations along with a friendly reminder where I could get my COVID test prior to my return to Austin. For me, its the little things that matter and they focused on providing an enjoyable and liberating customer experience. I’ll be forever grateful for Chuck and Tom. I’m excited about my next stay. Oh yeah!! I almost forgot that they provided a small snack basket with my favorite spirit to drink too. Although I didn’t finish it, it came in handy. I highly recommend everyone experiencing Casa Tamarindo.
